Our Minyan Initiative involves a group of T.I.C. volunteers who sign up to attend the Daily Evening Minyan on a rotating basis. They commit to one evening of their choice each month. Their presence helps bolster the number of attendees,enabling the mourners to say Kaddish. If a volunteer is unable to attend, he or she is asked to find a replacement.
