October 2013

Dear Friends,

It is with a great deal of gratitude and pride that I invite you to renew your sponsorship of our THIRTEENTH LEGACY SERIES SEASON. Gratitude to you for making all these successful events happen, and pride in bringing to musical life the finest such congregational series in all Westchester, and indeed the Metropolitan area. Our reputation is such, that artists from all over the world call, vying to appear at TIC.

Let me describe for you our upcoming 2013/2014 season, the last with yours truly at the helm:

  • "A CONCERT OF MIRACLES"
    SUNDAY DECEMBER 8, 2013 AT 7:00 PM

Honoring the bravery of our own Hilary Greenberg who, lifeless after a swimming accident, made a miraculous recovery, and the heroism of her husband Bill, in keeping her alive till she could be hospitalized. Lauded by the National press, both written and visual, we will regale Hilary and Bill with songs of miracles and heroism performed by the Choir of the H.L. Miller Cantorial School at the Jewish Theological Seminary, with guest soloists under the direction of Hazzan David F. Tilman, conductor.
