During this time of high anxiety and isolation, we urge individuals to be mindful of their own mental health as well as that of others. Click here to read a useful article on managing stress sent by Jill Schreibman, LCSW, the Program Coordinator for Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS).
A Note From the Hesed Circle
If you need support during this challenging time of isolation TIC’s Hesed Circle is a caring and supportive resource. How can we be of help? The Hesed Circle is here for you. Please let us know if you need assistance with groceries or meals, Zoom/technology help, friendly phone calls, help securing a mask, being matched with a social worker in our congregation or more. We’ll do our best to assist you. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org, Ann Damiano at 914-948-2800 x100 or a member of the clergy (for sensitive matters). Confidentiality guaranteed.
Through the generosity of an anonymous donor, we now have extra emergency funds available to help those who may need financial support during this crisis and beyond. Please contact Rabbi Tucker for more information.
Need a Prayer?
Even though our building is closed, TIC’s clergy continues to offer the Mi Sheberach prayer for healing on several occasions throughout the week. Contact a member of the clergy or Ann Damiano at 914-948-2800 x100 to have a name included for healing.
