Vote in the Upcoming World Zionist Congress Elections!
Voting is open through May 4, 2025. Please click here for more information and to vote.
American Jews will vote for their delegates to the 39th World Zionist Congress, the “parliament of the Jewish people,” which will convene in Jerusalem in October 2025. Voting in the election is the most powerful opportunity to have your voice heard in Israel, make an impact in Jewish communities worldwide, and stand up for Zionism. All American Jews 18 years or older may vote. The representatives who are elected — with one-third of them coming from the United States — will make key decisions on allocating over $1 billion annually to support the most pressing needs across Israeli society and the Diaspora.
American Jews will choose among candidates from over 20 diverse slates, ultimately electing 152 delegates—approximately one-third of the representatives to the next Congress. The American Zionist Movement (AZM) administers the U.S. voting in the election. Subsequently, when the Congress convenes in Jerusalem in October, the elected representatives determine how more than $1 billion is allocated annually to strengthen Jewish identity, enhance communities, and foster education in Israel and worldwide.
Watch this video to discover why your vote is a crucial, tangible, and attainable step toward a stronger tomorrow for the Jewish people. This is our moment to decide what comes next, to create lasting change for generations, and to ensure that our values and vision are represented.
All of us are strongly encouraged to vote for the MERCAZ USA party (the Zionist Organization of the American Conservative/Masorti Movement) slate in the elections taking place now through May 4. Voting for MERCAZ USA strengthens the opportunity for Jewish people of all backgrounds to realize the Zionist dream of a secure, pluralistic Jewish and democratic Israel for generations to come; strengthens the right of every Jew, regardless of their background or affiliation, to make aliyah and have full rights to participate in religious life and that all Jews worldwide are supported in their identity and expression of Judaism; helps secure vital funding to rebuild communities in Israel devastated by the war and provides vital support services to hostages and their families; ensures funding for institutions at the heart of our communities in the United States that engage young America Jews including Camp Ramah, USY and YALA.
