In-Person COVID-19 Screener Information
Please note: For all in-person programs, a COVID-19 screener will need to be sent a few days before the event date to each person attending.
For committees, Beth Levick and Sue Safir will work with you on this aspect of your program.
For staff, please contact Beth Levick to discuss how to go about setting up this process.
Please email a sketch of requested room layout to Beth Levick, Director of Programming and Membership.
Please be sure to obtain any on-site vendor's Certificate of Occupancy Insurance and send it to Beth Levick.
Please make sure to follow the deadlines listed above to submit your final text.
